Swan Michelle has been teaching yoga full time since the year 1998 as one of the first handful of yoga teachers in New Orleans. She is the Founder of Swan River Yoga and the former Co-owner of Swan River Yoga.
Swan Michelle has numerous certifications in a strong classical lineage, including Ram Dass, Jivamukti Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Sivananda Yoga, Anusara Yoga certifications, studying with such teachers as Sharon Gannon, David Life, Shri K. Pattabhi Jois, Amma, the hugging Saint ,The Dalai Lama, Dr. Jaya Shri MD Sanskrit Scholar, Jai Uttal, Krishna Das and Judith Lasater, the creator of Restorative Yoga.

Moira Anderson, CYT, E-RYT 500, YACEP, MSW, LCSW, is the visionary behind River Rock Yoga and Pilates, and the founder of the Mississippi Center for Yoga and Health, a holistic wellness center, in Ocean Springs, MS. She has been teaching yoga full time since 2000 and working in clinical mental health since 2010. Moira is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and mental health therapist. She is committed to serving the Gulf Coast community and beyond, with techniques combining yoga, meditation and mindfulness practices, social work ideology and research-based psychological interventions.

Caroline Hughes is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant and devout yoga practitioner. She combines the mindfulness of yoga with principles from physical therapy to help her students improve their posture, flexibility, and strength. Caroline teaches adaptive yoga at Split Second Fitness and Anatomy Courses online and in-person.

Caroline began practicing yoga in college to help ease her anxiety. She became a yoga teacher in 2016 to share the benefits of yoga with others. She bridges the worlds of yoga and physical therapy to educate folks on anatomy, neuroscience, and their relation to yoga.

Chelsie Dedecker(500 RYT) has been an avid yoga practitioner for years, beginning her yoga journey in 2015. Chelsie’s teaching style is derived from Hatha fundamentals. She has completed over 900 hours of yogic study. Chelsie believes that with Atma Prema (Unconditional Self Love), disciplined Sadhana (Asan/Pranayam/Meditation) on and off the mat (Yogic path), Samskara (Karma) is released and Moksha (Liberation) is attained. 

Tree Isaac is a multidisciplinary artist, specializing in percussion instruments. He utilizes the power of rhythms & sounds, through elevated frequencies & grounding vibrations
